Subsurface Drain systems for Synthetic Turf and Natural Turf Fields applications.

SportsEdge® HQ Strip Drain offers significantly higher water collection and evacuation rates than stone or perforated pipe drains. This two-part pre-fabricated system consists of a solid formed polystyrene perforated core fully wrapped with a non-woven spun-bound polypropylene filter fabric. The high strength filter fabric allows water to pass freely into the core while restricting any movement of rubber, sharp stones or other particles that might clog the core. The core allows water to flow to designated drainage exits. This high compressive strength, prefabricated drain is made from RECYCLED MATERIALS and is available in 6", 12", 18", and 24" rolls.
SportsEdge® HQ100 & HQ200 offer full surface drainage solutions for synthetic turf applications. This patented three-part pre-fabricated system consists of a high compressive strength, solid formed polystyrene core with a non-woven polypropylene filter fabric on the dimple side and a cushioning fabric on the back side. The filter fabric allows water to pass freely into the core while restricting the movement of rubber or other particles that might clog the core. The cushioning fabric provides sound insulation for the playing surface. Roll Size — 4' x 120'.

Ball Stop Safety Systems

Various sports often share athletic fields. This situation can creates interference, congestion and stray balls. Fabricated from 4" diameter, 1/8" wall aluminum tube. All poles stand in 40" deep vertical ground sleeves fabricated from galvanized steel. Poles can be removed, but are of substantial weight and are for more permanent applications. A 1/8" vinyl covered steel cable runs through the top and the bottom of the net to minimize sag and to prevent balls from rolling underneath. The 1-3/16" square mesh weather treated net with 1/4" roped edge and has a break strength of 180 lb. Ball Stop systems are available 10'H or 20'H with straight poles, or 20'H with offset poles. Sold in 20' sections.

Rollout Rubber Runway

Installs quickly over worn runways or where none exists. No bonding necessary, but can be done if required. Order by the length required. Sold by the linear foot.

Track Protectors

Tough geotextile fabric resists and cushions against cleats, but rain drains thru. Bench Zone units are designed for tracks that fit tightly around football fields. Cross-Over Zone units allow teams, people, and vehicles to cross without damaging modern track surfaces. EASY TO INSTALL & REMOVE. Edgings in Gold, White, or Custom Color. Multi-color imprinting can be overlaid.
Standard Sizes:
- Bench Zone: 15' deep x 75', 100', 125', or 150'.
